Refund Process
To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the project completion date. Our team will review your request and provide a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
- Client must provide written notice of cancellation
- Project must be cancelled within 30 days of completion
- Client must not have used the web design services
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated based on the services provided and the amount paid by the client. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred during the project, including but not limited to, design and development costs.
Exceptions
There may be certain exceptions to our auto refund policy, including but not limited to, projects that have been completed and launched, or projects that have been cancelled due to client non-payment. Please note that these exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
